Terms of Payments
All prices quoted: (a) are in Australian dollars; (b) include GST; (c) do not include the cost of shipping and handling; and (c) are subject to change without notice.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or Amex. For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.
You can choose in between Australia Post Express or Standard delivery service. All orders delivered using Express Delivery can be tracked with a serial number.
Nasanta will refund you or replace any orders under $20 lost in the post. For orders over $20 a claim will be lodged through Australia Post. We will finalise your refund or replacement when the parcel is officially declared lost by Australia Post. Packages that are returned to us and marked as “Return to Sender” or “Invalid Address” will be credited back to your credit card, less the shipping fee.
Nasanta charges a shipping fee of $8 for all orders delivered using Australia Post Express delivery and $4 for all orders delivered using Standard delivery. If items are going to different addresses, a shipping fee will apply per address.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched from Melbourne. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery from the time you submit your order. If there is a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe and we have not contacted you, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you have chosen Australia Post Express delivery service and wish to monitor the delivery date and time of your package, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com and request the order’s tracking information.
You may cancel your order online within 30 minutes of placement. To ensure timely cancellation of your order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. An order cannot be cancelled if already dispatched. You have the option to return it.
You may return new and unused products for a refund. Please fill in the PRODUCT RETURN WEBFORM to initiate this process. Nasanta must authorise the return prior to the product being shipped to the company. If authorised, please send the item to: Suite 137, 738 Burke Road, Camberwell, Victoria, Australia 3124. We must receive the product together with proof of purchase (relevant Nasanta invoice or original sales receipt showing date of purchase) within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to credit your account back. Shipping and handling costs for authorised returns of new and unused product are non-refundable.
This Returns Policy applies only to products purchased directly online from Nasanta. If you purchased your product from a retail store, you will need to return to that store.
You may return products (a) dispatched incorrectly; (b) damaged in transit; or (c) faulty, for an exchange. Please fill in the PRODUCT EXCHANGE WEBFORM to initiate this process. Nasanta must authorise the exchange prior to the product being returned to the company. If authorised, please ship the product to: Suite 137, 738 Burke Road, Camberwell, Victoria, Australia 3124. We must receive the product together with proof of purchase (relevant Nasanta invoice or original sales receipt showing date of purchase) within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. After the 14 calendar day period has lapsed, we will only replace a product that is faulty. Shipping and handling costs for authorised exchange goods will be borne by us.
This Exchanges Policy applies only to products purchased directly online from Nasanta. If you purchased your product from a retail store, you will need to return to that store.
